in the earth for the first time

其时太阳已 

with the sun already

缓缓西沉 

going down

水触摸着 

and the water

它的根须 

touching its roots

在满是死者的大地 

in the earth full of the dead

而乌云正 

and the clouds passing

一团接一团 

one by one

从它的叶子上飞过

over its leaves
